Mosto, the award-winning contemporary casual fine dining restaurant returns with a new look, favorite dishes and familiar faces in Sanlitun’s Nali Patio. Fresh décor and airy design, coupled with a re-envisioned menu that returns to the restaurant's conceptual roots, serves a new experience in a beloved Beijing institution.
摸石头集团荣幸宣布,旗下“摸石头餐厅”将于2020年5月8日周五回归!全新的空间装饰,全新的精简菜单,让经典和现代完美融合。
2008年夏天摸石头餐厅入驻三里屯那里花园,成为北京首批现代创意西餐厅之一。12年来摸石头餐厅在北京日新月异的餐厅之林生存下来并茁壮成长。
The Mosto Group is excited to announce that our group’s eponymous concept, Mosto, will reopen on Friday May 8, 2020 following a conceptual refresh and a renovation that recalls our classic contemporary roots.
First opened in the summer of 2008, in the heart of Sanlitun’s Nali Patio, Mosto was opened with the aim to provide Beijing with one of its first causal fine dining concepts. 12 years later, Mosto has remained a constant in Beijing’s ever-changing restaurant scene.
新冠疫情的爆发给餐饮业带来了前所未有的巨大挑战,很多变化在持续进行中,有些改变甚至不可逆转。我们甚至曾考虑过面对这种“新常态”可能需要永久关闭摸石头餐厅。
多亏了一众忠实顾客的热心支持,让我们有勇气保住摸石头餐厅。失去的美好过往让人无奈,不确定的当下我们需要重拾信心再此启程。年后的几个月里,我们暂时关闭了摸石头餐厅并重新装修,翘首以待再次回归。
The outbreak of COVID-19 created new and unprecedented challenges for the restaurant industry, and already, we are seeing change in the way hospitality operates. Initially, when we contemplated what this “new normal” would mean for our group’s future, we considered closing Mosto’s doors for good.
However, after an incredibly touching outpouring of support from loyal customers and some time for reflection, we came to the decision to keep Mosto open. We couldn’t help but feel like a little bit of the good old days was exactly what we all needed in the midst of such uncertain times. Instead of permanent closure, we have utilized these past months to temporarily close, in order to renovate and refresh our beloved Mosto.
摸石头餐厅在修整后重获新生,其背后有着创始人Alex、Daniel和Eva的不忘初心和不懈努力。Alex精心打造正餐氛围却也不叫人拘谨,Eva的北欧背景让摸石头更加简洁和现代,名厨Daniel拥有国际化的视野将心注入当季菜单。
With this newest iteration, Mosto founders Alex, Daniel and Eva have sought to bring the restaurant back to its roots. This means an atmosphere crafted by Alex, created with the goal to welcome all and never intimidate; a modern, airy interior inspired by Eva’s Scandinavian origins; and seasonal menus crafted by Chef Daniel, showcasing his international culinary background.
摸石头餐厅期望提供这样一个舒适氛围,让大家都能吃好喝好玩儿好,放松下来而不要有拘束。从下班后的欢乐时光小酌到亲友聚餐欢庆,从工作日休闲晚餐到周末慵懒早午餐,摸石头餐厅希望在有限的空间里,让大家释放压力获得更多自由。
Our vision for Mosto has always revolved around atmosphere, to create a versatile space and accessible menu that suits all, from after-work happy hour drinks to group celebrations and easy weeknight dinners to relaxing Sunday brunches. We hope Mosto can serve as a canvas for your experiences, a space to relax, unwind and enjoy gourmet food without pretension.
空间设计把我们带回原点。淡灰、奶白和柔和的光,仿若空白画布一般向所有人敞开。菜单继承名厨Daniel的招牌菜,如煎鹅肝意大利饭和炭烤澳洲牛里脊肉,配全新黑豆汤加鲜牛肝菌马斯卡波尼慕斯或温热金枪鱼块。新菜单将继续仰赖合作多年的供应商持之以恒提供高品质食材,来创造出总能令人满意的美味。

The design echoes hallmarks of our original concept, utilizing washed-out greys, tonal whites and soft lighting, to create a light, clean, refreshing environment. The menu also incorporates the back-to-the-basics approach, featuring some of Chef Daniel’s signature dishes like the Seared Foie Gras Risotto and the Charcoal Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin, along with new creations like the Black Bean Foam with short rib stew and mascarpone mousse or the Warm Tuna Tataki. The new menu relies on quality ingredients from trusted suppliers to create gourmet yet approachable fare.
We have to thank our friends and family for both the practical and moral support they have provided to reopen Mosto. During difficult times, it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but transforming Mosto has given us renewed creative energy and fresh inspiration for the future.
摸石头将于2020年5月8日重新开放晚餐服务,每天6pm – 10pm,周末额外提供早午餐11:30am – 3pm。每天下班后欢乐时光6pm – 8pm,40元每杯任选店葡萄酒、啤酒或鸡尾酒。

(暂不提供午餐)另外,5月9和10日周末早午餐,我们将为妈妈们免费提供一杯气泡酒来庆祝母亲节。
Mosto will reopen on May 8, 2020 for dinner, daily from 6pm – 10pm and weekend brunch from 11:30am – 3pm. Our after work happy hour will be daily from 6pm – 8pm with house wine, beer and cocktails for ¥40.

Please note we are currently not serving lunch. Plus, to celebrate Mother's Day this weekend, we will be treating all the fantastic Moms with free glasses of wine during this weekend's brunch!
